Devro Reporting (“we”, “our”, or “us”) develops applications (“Apps”) for Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence.

This Privacy Policy applies to all Apps developed by Devro Reporting and made available through the Atlassian Marketplace.

Our Apps may access and process data available within your Atlassian instance, including:

- Project metadata
- User account identifiers (e.g., account ID)

👉 We only access data required for the App’s functionality.
3.2 Personal Data
We may process limited personal data such as:
- Atlassian account ID
- Display name (if provided by Atlassian APIs)
We do not collect:
- Passwords

3.3 Usage Data
We may collect minimal technical and usage data for operational purposes, such as:

- We do NOT egress any data
- We do NOT store any data outside Atlassian’ s infrastructure

We retain data only as long as necessary to:
- Provide the App’s functionality
Data is deleted when:
- The App is uninstalled, or
- It is no longer required for operation
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
We may share data only when necessary with:
- Atlassian (as part of platform integration)
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
- Secure access controls
- Minimal data access principles
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR), you may have the right to:

Requests should be made through your Atlassian administrator or by contacting us directly.
9. Data Controller and Processor
- You (the customer) are the data controller
- Devro Reporting acts as a data processor on your behalf

Our Apps are not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
